BookEnds is governed by a board comprised of the diverse perspectives of a unique group of people; student volunteers, stakeholders, community leaders and esteemed professionals. The result is a highly empowered, financially transparent, entrepreneurial organization.

Chair: Wrenn E. Chais, Esq. is an attorney with Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP.
President: Robin M. Keefe is the president of BookEnds and a non-voting member of the board of directors.
Vice Chair: Kelly Merryman is Vice President, Content of Netflix, Inc. and a member of the Junior League of Los Angeles.
Vice Chair: Program/Volunteer Initiative: Sahara Pynes, Esq. is a principal at Training Mavens Consulting, specializing in employment law consulting.
Vice Chair: Amy L. Johnson is an IT and Management Consultant.
Treasurer: Brian Yacker is a partner with Windes & McClaughry Accountancy Corporation and specializes in non-profit accounting.
Secretary: Naya Bloom is the Managing Director, Regional Alumni Affairs at Teach for America.

Zemia Atkins is an educator and former sixth-grade teacher at Seven Arrows Elementary School in Pacific Palisades - a BookEnds donor school.

Lisa Doherty is a former development executive and is currently a community volunteer.

Jordan Fragen is a Senior at New Roads School. She has been a member of the Youth Leadership Board since 2006.

Gordan Hallman is in the MBA program at USC.

Kait Hilliard is a founding partner of Radarworks.

Ken Long, is a senior software quality assurance analyst for Symantec.

Jeffrey L. Richardson Esq. is a partner with Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp.

Laura Roenick is the event and program manager for United Talent Agency Foundation.

Ashley Sacks is a tenth grade student at Harvard-Westlake School.  She was asked to serve on the Youth Leadership Board when she was in 5th grade.

Belinda Sacks, Esq. is a retired litigation attorney with the Department of Justice and is currently a community volunteer.

Jeremy Sidell is the Chief Financial Officer of PATH Partners.

Jack Stovitz is an eighth grade student at Harvard-Westlake School and a four year alumnae of the BookEnds program.

Patricia T. Tanenbaum is an educator and co-founder/consultant community service learning - The Beverly Hills Unified School District.

Carol A. Zaslow is an educator and past-president of the Community Service Association.

Brandon J. Keefe is the co-founder of BookEnds and is the Western Development and Operations Manager of CEN.

Madeline Chais is a student at the University of Michigan, recipient of the 2006 NAFRP Los Angeles Youth Volunteer award and co-founder of the BookEnds Youth Leadership Board.

Megan Hilliard is a student at New York University and co-founder of the BookEnds Youth Leadership Board.
